Return Policy

All returns must be approved by us beforehand. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. Please read the terms below if you want to return a shoe you purchased from our site. Returns must meet these conditions:

- The shoe must be unworn and in brand new condition

- It must be returned within 23 days from the date of purchase

 

RETURNS: You are responsible for the costs to ship the shoes back to us. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee. For example, if your order total was $200 you would lose $40. If you purchased a shoe before the official release date the restocking fee will be 30%.

If a package is returned to us by the shipping company it will be treated as a "return" and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. It can take up to 30 days for your credit card company or bank to process the refund. Email us for return authorization. If you send us a package without return authorization we will refuse delivery and the package will be sent back to you.

 

CANCELING AN ORDER: You can only cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. For example, if your order total was $200 you would lose $20. It can take up to 30 days for your credit card company or bank to process the refund. Email us to cancel an order.

 

*We do not provide any warranties on the shoes. We are not responsible for defective or damaged shoes. Nike is the manufacturer. You will need to contact them for a replacement or reimbursement if you feel your shoes are defective.
