Return Policy

If you want to return an item that you ordered from our website please read the details below and send us an email.

Returns and exchanges can be made under these conditions: A) Item must be un-worn and in brand new condition B) Returned within 23 days from the original date of purchase. After that time items cannot be returned for any reason.

RETURNS: You will be charged a 15% restocking fee and our original shipping & handling costs will be deducted from your refund. You would also be responsible for paying the shipping costs to mail the item back to us. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.

CANCELING AN ORDER: You can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped. Email us to see if you can cancel your order. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

EXCHANGES: If you would like to make an exchange for the SAME shoe, but in a different size there will be an exchange fee to cover our shipping and handling costs. You would also be responsible for mailing the shoes to us. Unfortunately, we cannot make exchanges for different shoes.

**Packages that are not delivered and are returned to us by the shipping company, for whatever reason, will result in the order being canceled. A refund for the purchase price minus our original shipping and handling costs will be issued under those circumstances.

If your purchase was made online through PayPal a refund through PayPal will be issued. If your purchase was made by Money Order or Western Union a refund by Check will be issued. If your package is returned to us by the Post Office we will deduct our original shipping & handling costs from your refund.

Please keep in mind, the cost and insurance of shipping your shoes back to us is your responsibility. We do not provide any warranty on the shoes or items we sell. In rare cases, if there is a manufacturer's defect with your shoes you will need to contact the manufacturer (i.e. Nike or the Jordan Brand company) to see if they can help you.
