Return Policy

All returns must be approved by us beforehand. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. Please read the terms below if you want to return a shoe you purchased from our site.

Returns must meet these conditions:

- The shoe or item must be un-worn and in brand new condition

- The shoe or item must be returned within 23 days from the date of purchase

RETURNS: You will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If you purchased a shoe before the official release date the restocking fee is 20%. Our shipping & handling costs will also be deducted from your refund and you will be responsible for the costs to ship the shoes back to us. It can take up to 30 days for PayPal and the credit card company to process your refund. Email us for return authorization.

CANCELING AN ORDER: You can only cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee and it can take up to 30 days for PayPal and the credit card company to process your refund. Email us to cancel an order.

EXCHANGES: We can only accept exchanges for the same shoe in a different size. An exchange fee of $23 will be charged and the shoes you are exchanging must be brand new and unworn.

* We are not responsible for defective shoes. Nike is the manufacturer. You will need to contact them for a replacement or reimbursement if you feel your shoes are defective.
