Return Policy

All returns must be authorized and approved by us through email. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. Please read the terms below and email us if you want to return an item you purchased from our website.

 

Returns and exchanges must meet these conditions:

- The shoe or item must be un-worn and in brand new condition

- It has to be returned within 23 days from the date of purchase

Shoes that are purchased BEFORE the official release date cannot be returned

 

RETURNS: A 20% restocking fee along with our original shipping & handling costs will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for the costs to mail the item back to us.

 

CANCELING AN ORDER: You can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped. A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Send us an email if you want to cancel an order.

 

EXCHANGES: If you would like to make an exchange for the SAME shoe, but in a different size there will be an exchange fee to cover our shipping and handling costs. You would also be responsible for mailing the shoes to us. Unfortunately, we cannot make exchanges for different shoes.


If your purchase was made online through PayPal then a refund through PayPal will be issued. It can take up to two weeks for a refund to be processed. If your purchase was made by Money Order or Western Union a refund by Check will be issued.

We do not provide any warranty on the shoes or items we sell. In rare cases, if there is a defect with your shoe you will need to contact the manufacturer (i.e. Nike) to see if they can help you.
