Return Policy


We have a limited 3-day return policy for orders placed only on 23isBACK.com. All returns must be approved by us beforehand. Email us for return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. Shoes must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN. If you don't email us within 3 days after delivery we cannot approve a return.

 

RETURNS: You are responsible for the costs to ship the shoes back to us. Returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. For example, if your order total was $200 you would lose $50. If a package is returned to us by the shipping company, for whatever reason, it will be treated as a return and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. It can take a few days to over a week for your credit card company to process a refund.

 

CANCELING AN ORDER: You can only cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped. We usually ship orders the same day, so you don't have a lot of time to cancel an order. You will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. It can take a few days to over a week for your credit card company to process a refund. Email us to cancel an order.

 

We do not provide any warranty on the shoes. We are not responsible for defective shoes. Nike is the manufacturer and they provide a 2-year warranty from the original date of manufacture. You will need to contact them for warranty claims. Thank you.
