For over 10 years we have been providing Air Jordan release dates and info to Air Jordan fans. We also resell a few shoes on our SHOES page. We buy shoes from retail stores and resell them on our website. After doing this for so many years, we established relationships with some stores and they sometimes give us shoes before the release date. We are located in the US and all of the shoes we sell are 100% Authentic & Original. The stores we buy from get their shoes directly from Nike/Jordan. We are not affiliated with Nike, Jordan Brand, Michael Jordan, or any other websites. We are independent. Are your shoes FAKE?
No, we buy from retail stores that get their shoes directly from Nike/Jordan. They are all 100% Authentic & Original. Guaranteed. We don't mess around with knockoffs or fakes. Almost all of our shoes are brand new, but sometimes we'll post preowned shoes from our own personal collection. The description next to each shoe will have more info. There are a ton of illegal websites, auctions, & apps that sell counterfeit shoes. Those websites are usually based in foreign countries since that's where a lot of counterfeit items are made. (China literally has fake Apple stores and fake Starbucks coffee shops. That's how bad it is). Be suspicious of any non-retail website that has multiple sizes & colors for sale in a popular shoe that you know is sold out everywhere else.


How do I place an order?
Visit our SHOES page and scroll down to see our small selection of shoes. Select your size from the drop-down menu, then click on the yellow Buy Now button. You'll be taken to a secure PayPal checkout page. If you don't have a PayPal account click on the link that says "Pay with a Debit or Credit Card." (You don't need a PayPal account to place an order).


How long will it take to receive my shoes?
Usually 2 or 3 days after we ship, but delivery times are not guaranteed. We ship by Priority Mail through the Post Office. Please understand that we do not control the Post Office, so we have no control over shipping delays. USPS is supposed to email you tracking info. (If you want someone to sign for your package please request it by emailing us).


Do you have an app? Are you on social media?
No, we do not have an app. Be careful of fake apps & social media accounts using our 23isBACK™ name to trick you. You can follow us on Instagram or Twitter. We don't have Facebook and we don't have any other websites. You can email us beforehand if you suspect something fishy.


How can I advertise on
We have several different advertisers on our website. Their ads will be labeled as "Ad" or "Advertisement". Most of them sell custom apparel to match your shoes. If you want to advertise on our website, or if you experience a problem with one of our advertisers please email us.


How much is shipping & handling?
A $20 s&h fee is added for all shoe orders. If our shipping costs are less than we keep the difference and add it to our margin. If our shipping costs are more we pay the difference out of our own pocket. We always use a shipping box for shoe orders.


Do you ship outside of the US?
No, only within the US and certain US military addresses that contain a PSC and BOX number.


Can I cancel an order?
Only if it hasn't been shipped yet. We charge a $25 cancellation fee. Email us to cancel your order.


Do you buy shoes?
No, we don't buy or trade, and we don't allow others to sell their shoes on our website.


Do you store my credit card info?
No, all payments are processed securely by PayPal, which means we don't see your credit card number, expiration date, or bank account number.


Do you have a return policy and price adjustment policy?
We do not offer price adjustments, but we have a limited 3-day return policy if the shoes are still brand new and unworn. There is a 25% restocking fee for returns.
