23isBACK.com is a small, independent website that was created years ago when the greatest basketball player of all time returned to the game he loved. People in the shoe community recognize our legitimacy because we've been doing this for several years. To be honest, our shoe selection is very small. We generally only have around 20 shoes for sale and in limited sizes. We do not have a physical store; We only sell through our website. How do I place an order?
It's easy. Pick your size and click on the gray  button next to the shoe. If you'd rather pay by Money Order or by Western Union wire transfer click here. |

Can you ship my order to a different address?
No, we cannot. Online orders can only be shipped to the Confirmed Address on your account, which in most cases is the Billing Address. However, if you choose the money order or wire transfer option we can ship your order to any address you like. |

What does "Signature Required on Delivery " mean?
When you click on the button labeled "Signature Required on Delivery " someone will need to sign for the package upon delivery. If you don't choose this option the shipping company has the option of leaving the package by your door. We strongly recommend you purchase the "Signature Required on Delivery " option because we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If nobody is home to sign for the package you will have to make arrangements with the shipping company to either pick up the package or request a re-delivery. |

How long will it take to receive my shoes?
Usually between 2 to 6 days depending on which state you live in. We use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail through the Post Office. Shipping is FREE in the USA, but a $5.00 handling fee is added to all orders. |

Can you ship to a PO BOX or APO/FPO address?
Yes, we can ship to those types of addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot accept online payments over $250 that are being shipped to an APO/FPO (or other military) address. If the item is being shipped to an APO/FPO address and the total is over $250 you would need to make a payment by wire transfer or by money order. |

Do you accept money orders?
