Are your shoes FAKE?
No. Absolutely not! We do not sell counterfeits (a.k.a. "fakes") and we take that very seriously. We inspect all shoes before we sell them and we only buy from Nike and Jordan Brand Authorized retailers. We guarantee authenticity on everything we sell. Places like eBay are full of auctions selling fake merchandise including Air Jordan shoes and it is very hard for eBay to control it. Why are some of your prices higher than in the stores?
The main reason is because we buy our shoes from the stores, usually at full retail price and resell them on our website. Also, Air Jordans are more than just shoes. They are collector items. Most Air Jordans even have historical significance. Like nearly all collector items they go up in value. We also provide a personal guarantee of authenticity on everything we sell. That guarantee is very important to our customers since they know about the problem of the growing number of fake shoes being sold on the Internet. |

How do I place an order?

What does "Signature Required on Delivery " mean?
When you click on the button labeled "Signature Required on Delivery " someone will need to sign for the package upon delivery. If you do not choose this option your mailman has the option of just leaving the package by your door. If you live in an apartment building or in an unsafe neighborhood we strongly recommend you choose the "Signature Required on Delivery " option. Do you accept money orders?

How long does shipping take?
Packages are shipped through the U.S. Post Office using Priority Mail, which usually takes 2 to 5 days. Shipping in the USA is FREE! But there is a small fee for handling. A $3 handling fee is added to orders totaling $100 or less. And a $5 handling fee is added to orders totaling over $100. Can you ship my order to a different address?
No, unfortunately we cannot. If you order online we can only ship to the Confirmed address of your credit card, which in almost all cases is the Billing Address of the card. However, if you use the Money Order or wire transfer options we can ship your order to any address you like. |

Can you ship to a PO BOX or APO/FPO address?
Yes, we can ship to those types of addresses because we ship through the U.S. Post Office. Unfortunately, we cannot accept online payments over $250 that are being shipped to an APO/FPO (or other military) address. If the item is being shipped to an APO/FPO address and the total is over $250 you would need to make a payment by Western Union wire transfer or by mailing a money order. |

Do you sell shoes before the release date?
No, because we normally cannot get shoes before the release date. We also do not accept preorders because we do not sell all of the shoes that are released. Our Release Dates page is for informational purposes only and the shoes on that page are not the ones we have for sale. |

Sales tax is only added if you live in Illinois. |

Can you ship outside of the USA?
